Corporate Retreats & Events
Picture your next offsite surrounded by ancient cedars and glacier-fed waters, where nature sets the pace. No distractions. Total immersion. Peak privacy.
We shape every all-inclusive retreat around your agenda: working sessions by the fire in the main lodge, guided days on the river and in the forest, chef-led dinners built on valley-grown ingredients, and round-trip flights from Vancouver.
At Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, we host private corporate retreats, executive offsites, and incentive trips in the Bella Coola Valley, deep in British Columbia’s Great Bear Rainforest, with the entire lodge reserved for your team.
We handle the logistics, so your team can focus on what matters.

Team Adventures
Our guides lead experiences that build trust without forcing it: a climb that asks for a steady hand, a river drift that invites quiet conversation, a walk amongst giant ancient cedars, or a First Nations petroglyph tour that offers a glimpse into the rich Nuxalk culture.d

What’s Included in This Package
Exclusive Use of the Lodge
Every chalet, bungalow, and suite is yours, along with the main lodge, the Great Lawn, and 60 acres of private grounds along the Atnarko River.
Accommodations: Chalet, Bungalow, or Suite
Stay in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest, with the Coast Mountains next door and nothing but untamed nature for miles. A combination of chalets, bungalows, and suites are exclusively yours.
Food & Beverage
Our chefs craft nutritious meals featuring seasonal ingredients grown on farms in the valley. Think fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden, seafood from nearby waters, and flavours prepared with a West Coast flair. From working lunches to celebratory dinners, meals are complemented by a curated selection of predominantly BC wines, craft beer, and award-winning spirits.
Flights & Ground Transfers
Getting here is part of the experience. Round-trip flights between Vancouver and Bella Coola and ground transfers to the lodge are included.
Guided Experiences
Some of the most valuable conversations happen far from a meeting room: drifting the Atnarko River, challenging yourself on the Via Ferrata, walking among ancient cedars, or listening to stories passed down for generations. Each day includes one full-day or two half-day guided experiences, shaped around your team’s goals, energy, and agenda.
