Our Culinary Philosophy
The food and beverage program at Tweedsmuir Park Lodge is thoughtfully curated to offer nutrient-rich meals, designed to keep pace with your adventures in the Bella Coola Valley. Ingredients are sourced with care from local farms, regional producers, and the Pacific coastline.
With our intimate lodge setting, meals are a shared experience featuring a thoughtfully crafted set menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To complement lunch and dinner service, our wine cellar leans into the New World, highlighting handpicked vineyards from British Columbia alongside international favourites.

Breakfast
Start your day with a generous breakfast featuring fresh-baked pastries, house-made preserves, seasonal fruit, and a selection of yogurts. Pair it with sustainably sourced coffee, a variety of teas, fresh juices, or a smoothie. For something heartier, choose from our à la carte hot breakfast options, highlighted by farm-fresh eggs from our neighbours down the valley.
Lunch in Nature
Lunch is designed to fit your day. For guests out on full-day adventures, we’ll pack a picnic-style meal to enjoy trailside. For half-day excursions, or if you’re spending the day at the lodge, a hearty à la carte lunch is served in the dining room or out on the deck. Visiting guests and those passing through are also welcome to join us for lunch at the lodge.
West Coast Dining
A three-course menu inspired by British Columbia’s coastal bounty, our restaurant celebrates the region’s natural flavors with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight light, clean tastes that let the quality of the ingredients shine. It’s West Coast dining at its freshest—simple, seasonal, and deeply satisfying.
