Purpose and Scope:
Personal information" for the purposes of this policy means identifiable information about an individual. It does not include aggregate information which cannot be associated with a specific individual and it does not include the name, title, business address, or business telephone number of an individual. "Customer" for the purposes of this policy is any individual who purchases, uses, or applies to use Tweedsmuir Lodge products or services, including persons participating in Tweedsmuir Lodge programs and persons visiting the Tweedsmuir Lodge web site. "Third party" for the purposes of this policy is an individual or an organization other than Tweedsmuir Lodge and the customer.

Tweedsmuir Lodge is accountable for the personal information under its control. Tweedsmuir Lodge has appointed a Privacy Officer who is responsible for the corporation's compliance with this Policy.
Other individuals within Tweedsmuir Lodge may be delegated to act on behalf of the Privacy Officer or to take responsibility for the day to day collection and processing of personal information.

When you visit our website, http://www.tweedsmuirparklodge.com, without registering or otherwise interacting with the site; your personal information and e-mail address are not recorded. However, in order to meet your needs as best as we can, some of our forms require you to enter personal information. We will require personal information when you take part in customer surveys, request information about the products and services, offered by us or our affiliates and suppliers, or apply through our website for credit to purchase a tour.
