Why We're Magnificent

Learn how Tweedsmuir Park Lodge Exceeds Expectations, every time.

  • "Best part of our Canadian vacation"

We toured Canada by train from west to east. Before starting on that we went to Bella Coola to get to know the Grizzly Bears. My family and I all agree that Tweedsmuir was the best part of the whole five-week vacation. Bear tours and hikes are great, all the guides are awesome, the staff is super-friendly and the food is great. Accommodations are very very nice too. All in all, perfect!

  • "Awesome!"

Fantastic trip with the family this summer. The bear watching was fantastic, the food was scrumptious, the drinks were incredible and the scenery gorgeous. Kids absolutely loved it too. And yes, we saw bears.

  • "Pictures don't do it justice!"

What an amazing vacation we had here! First and foremost the staff is amazing. Extremely polite and knowledgeable! The lodge has its own relaxing lure but the cabins are just as great. Small enough for two with the capacity of four, extremely clean and cozy with your own fire place!

    - MattB, 14 October 2015

  • "Enchanting, thrilling and absolutely spectacular!"

Tweedsmuir Lodge surpassed all our expectations. Absolutely spectacular location with phenomenal views. Our cabin (coho) was absolutely lovely, it was very spacious but still cosy with a quaint fire place and little chocolate treats for the guests.

The staff left nothing unattended and went above and beyond to assist in any way. I left my camera in the room on a river drift and the staff at the lodge collected it, drove down to the river and our guide Mike wadded through the water to collect it from them off the bank.
