Tweedsmuir Park Lodge will play host to a bird watching group next June when Eagle Eye Tours brings their Sea to Summit trip to Bella Coola. The program itinerary will include heli-hiking, in search of the alpine specialists birds, as well as boat trips on both the inlet and the Atnarko River to view a wide range of unique species—birds and beyond. Renowned for the orcas, bighorn sheep, elk, mountain goats and grizzly bears that frequent the area, guests will be awed by the stunning scenery of the high alpine, towering forests and fjords of this spectacular wilderness.

The trip will be led by a team of experienced guides from both Tweedsmuir Park Lodge and Eagle Eye’s own Steve Ogle, an ornithologist with a thirst for adventure that has taken him to many parts of the world.

Sea to Summit will run from June 4th through 10th, 2011 and starts at $3995 CDN. Complete details are available here.
