Bookings and payment

A deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost is due upon booking and is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are due upon booking and we accept Visa, MasterCard and bank wire transfers. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.

Important banking information for wire transfers

**SPECIAL NOTE: To transfer money via bank wire transfer please contact us direct at 604.932.3000. We accept bank wire transfers (Canadian funds only) and Visa or MasterCard. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. 

For bookings made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date at the Tweedsmuir Park Lodge the full reservation price is due upon booking. 

Cancellation

The 25% deposit is non-refundable for cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival date. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date and the total accommodation cost is non-refundable at this time. Please note that Bella Coola Heli Sports Inc reserves the right to cancel your reservation. However, if BCHS does cancel your reservation, you will be refunded in full.

Trip cancellation and travel insurance

We always recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip.

Tweedsmuir park Lodge Ltd. does not carry health, life or injury insurance for our guests. We therefore recommend you carry the following:

. Trip Cancellation Insurance. In view of our cancellation policy, we strongly recommend that all our guests purchase holiday cancellation insurance.

. Extended Medical Insurance. Your medical insurance should cover you for life and health care risks while in Canada, and in addition should provide for transport to your home country if you reside outside of Canada.

. Emergency Evacuation Insurance. In the case of injury, air ambulance expenses will be charged to the injured party.

. Personal Property Insurance. Insure your personal belongings against loss. Your homeowner's insurance may not be enough. Be sure that this insurance covers you while you are in Canada.

International guests flying from Vancouver, BC

It is the responsibility of our guests to ensure that they are in Vancouver in time to catch their flight to Bella Coola. Tweedsmuir Lodge is not responsible for missed flights due to international flight delays, missed connections or any other reason. We recommend arriving in Vancouver the day prior to your departure for Bella Coola. We can arrange for your accommodation in Vancouver . We also recommend that you include an over night stay in Vancouver on your return home. For more information on travel to Bella Coola and Tweedsmuir Lodge.

**Important Note: For those of you who wish to fly your own plane to Bella Coola please contact us for additional information.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes. The reservation and cancellation policies outlined above are standard in the hospitality and tourism industry. Furthermore, Tweedsmuir Lodge reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In this case full refunds will be given.
