The Main Lodge

Tweedsmuir Park Lodge is situated at the junction of the Atnarko, Talchako, and Bella Coola Valleys. Looking southwest from the front patio, there is 600 metres of river frontage and stunning views of the aptly named Mt. Stupendous and Mt. Melikan. It's an exceptional location and has been a favourite place for local First Nations people to camp and fish for thousands of years. The lodge property is also known as Stuie, which means "nice place to rest" in the Nuxalk language.

The main lodge building is the central location for socializing. There is a large living and dining room complete with a well stocked bar and river rock fireplace; a games area with billiards table, foosball table, dart board, satellite TV, and a retail shop. There is complimentary satellite Wi-Fi access throughout the lodge and chalets.

In addition to the main lodge and chalets, there is a 1,200 sq/ft spa building with a yoga stretching room, weights and stationary bikes, massage room, cedar sauna, showers and a 12 person covered outdoor hot tub overlooking the lawn and the Coast Range beyond.

Come nightfall, guests stay in 1 of 10 beautiful log and timber-frame chalets, offering privacy, right on the forest's' edge. All accommodations feature air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, and can accommodate 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children people per chalet. All chalets are built surrounding a central lawn and have excellent views and offer plenty of privacy.
